The policy sets out the confidentiality practices recommended by ORBITOUR LTÉE, doing business under the names of “Omnitour”, “Omnitour, educational travel service” and “Educational travel service” (hereinafter: “OMNITOUR”), is an educational school trip organizer specializing in trips for college and high school students. OMNITOUR holds an operating permit from Quebec.

By accessing and using this website, you (and your parent / legal guardian if you have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live) agree to and authorize the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, as set out in this Policy.

Online Travel Center / Client Portal

We may provide a client portal for travelers and tour operators. If you are on a group trip, you [or your parent or guardian if you are a minor] acknowledge and agree that your trip organizers may access your contact details and account status. You can also access your personal profile. Trip sponsors and other group travelers can view and post photos and blog posts. Information that you post on our portal may be visible to other members of your travel party. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider what you post there.

Children

We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our website, especially children. Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
