The payment method used by Omnitour is pre-authorized debit (DPA). In addition to being safe and efficient, this payment method allows us to continue to offer you prices with the lowest bank charges. Pre-authorized debit payments are very well regulated and supervised by Payments Canada.
All precautions have been taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, in particular to prevent their loss, alteration, destruction or access by unauthorized third parties.
Finally, our certification process requires that only the people essential to processing your payments will have access to your personal data, namely Omnitour accounting and our banking institution via Technicost. They are required to process them for this purpose only and in accordance with our instructions regarding security and data protection which remain a priority at Omnitour. All of your data will be kept for a period limited to the contract between us. They will then be permanently deleted.
